The IT Services Group (ISG, https://isg.inf.ethz.ch/Main/) provides IT services and support across the Department of Computer Science.
Every research group has one or more IT Coordinators (ITCs), who serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related questions and issues raised by group members. ITCs are familiar with their group's IT infrastructure and the policies governing its use. They act as the interface between the research group and ISG.
